What happens when a bunch of women get together? We’ll tell you – magic happens!

You get noise, laughter, ideas flying everywhere, deep chats, wild plans, emotional debriefs, therapy sessions, business strategies, outfit reviews, life updates, collective sighs, collective hype, and a level of honesty you can’t find anywhere else.

Snacks come out. Tea comes out. Opinions come out. And suddenly right there, in that moment, you’ve put the world to right!

Come join Yorkshire’s award-winning BPA Lionesses at 11:30am-2pm, Saturday 6th December in Dewsbury, for a lunch event, where women can get together in a safe-space for some mentoring, talks, and plenty of laughs.

The ‘Work Life Balance and Wellbeing’ session on Saturday 6th December has a clear focus on four core themes: perimenopause and menopause, burnout and stress, setting healthy boundaries, and simple daily habits that support a calmer and happier life.

Honest, open panel discussions with leading female professionals will offer calm and practical ideas for managing stress, protecting mental health and giving the mind and body a chance to rest.

Expert women’s health guest speakers Noshina Kiani and Bushra Effendi will explain symptoms of perimenopause and menopause in simple language, and offer steps that women can use straight away. The aim is to help women feel understood and able to ask for support at home or in the workplace.

Although the topics are serious, the BPA Lionesses promise a safe space where women will be able to talk openly, share stories and learn from one another. There will be plenty of laughter and encouragement, with a focus on small changes that make a big difference.

The event is designed for any woman who needs a moment to reset before the end of the year. Organisers say the session will leave people feeling lighter, clearer and more in control.

Tickets include lunch, and places are limited. Book via Eventbrite.
