Heading to Canada next week, Madiha will compete for four days for the title of Miss Pakistan World.

She said: “I have been working extremely hard to prepare for this pageant. Winning the title would mean so much to me, not just to myself but I want to do it for the nation and young girls that look up to me.

“I want to be a good role model for the younger generation and Pakistanis around the world. It would be a dream come true.”

About Miss Pakistan World

Miss Pakistan World is a beauty pageant that started the whole pageant industry for Pakistan. It was the first pageant that sent its winners to international pageants. Conceived in 2002 in Ottawa, Ontario Canada, the competition has been running successfully for years and has expanded to Mrs. Pakistan World and Mr. Pakistan World. The pageant was started by Sonia Ahmed who saw this as a movement for bringing together the youth of Pakistanis living abroad as well as from Pakistan - a platform parallel to Pakistan in entertainment.
