“By assigning ‘key children’ to different practitioners, it allows us to deliver a more focussed service to each child, meaning we can regularly record every child’s development and progress.
“This in turn enables us to develop strong working relationships with parents and carers, communicating on a daily basis about their child’s welfare, needs and development.”
Staff at Tiny Tots also work with other SENCO-trained professionals to ensure children with learning difficulties or special needs are provided with the best start to life, giving them the best chance to develop to their full potential.
