Bradford Bazaar launched its biggest ever sale earlier this month with a special guest on hand to provide some musical entertainment to the thousands of customers.

Alongside the massive savings and huge giveaways, renowned singer, Nadeem Abbas, headed down to the bazaar to meet and greet customers and treat shoppers to a hearing of his big hit ‘Bismilla Karan’.

The Pakistani singer proved a popular choice, with crowds gathering to see him sing live before posing for pictures and signing autographs.

As the day progressed, the sales continued to impress the crowds with thousands flocking to the site to get their hands on the latest bargains.

Many items were slashed below half price and with entertainment for children from face painting to children’s rides and even a visit from Mickey Mouse, there was something for everybody at the sale.

Last week, the bazaar continued to live up to its growing reputation of not only providing top quality produce but also first-class entertainment for customers with a free live performance of the Pakistani play ‘Chalo Chalo UK Chalo’.

Once again, intrigued shoppers called in to see the performance whilst having a look around the hundreds of stalls.

Bradford Bazaar had previously had restrictions placed on Sunday openings due to possible disruption to local residents, but following consultation with all concerned parties, an agreement was reached which was amenable to everyone.

The new ruling will allow the premises to stay open until 8pm every Sunday and Bank holiday, and until 10pm on the two days preceding each Eid.

Bradford Bazaar owner and director, Jasvinder Singh, said: “I am delighted that the Bazaar can now open longer on what is our busiest day of the week.

“It was painful to watch customers turning away on a Sunday because we had to put the shutters down but now that will soon become a distant memory”.

“We are in a good place strategically with our range of products, our location and our service proposition,” he said. “Our reputation is growing rapidly as the foremost Asian bazaar in the North of England”

Bradford Bazaar which was the brain child of Jasvinder Singh has recently celebrated its second anniversary.
