A buffet for all diners in the ‘true heart of Bradford’
For over 45 years, Clifton Restaurant in Bradford has been helping the city’s residents celebrate Ramadan with heart-warming meals, providing the perfect recipe for the breaking of a fast.
Today, as the business prepares to celebrate the Islamic holy month for the first time inside their marvellously renovated establishment, more tasty treats are in-store for customers.
Clifton manager, Haroon Rashid, said he wanted to ensure something special was on offer next month and has gone the extra mile to turn this promise into a reality.
“To mark our first Ramadan inside our refurbished premises, we wanted to give our diners a special surprise to enjoy breaking their fast,” he said.
“That is why our buffet prices have been slashed to just £7.99 throughout the holy month, where customers can choose from around 32 dishes every night and eat away to their heart’s content.”
He continued: “It is imperative that you get your strength back up and eat right after a long day’s fasting and that is why our menu is so expansive, offering mouth-watering foods to recharge your batteries.”
To handle the anticipated ‘Ramadan rush’, Clifton have even hired a new master-chef, who will work alongside the current Brigade de cuisine to keep the freshest options available on the buffets throughout the night.
A limited a-la-carte menu will also remain available to diners wishing to sample one of their favourite dishes from the renowned Clifton menu.
“If you are dining on your own, as a couple, as a family or a party of 200, we can cater for you here at Clifton,” Haroon added.
“We have over three floors of dining space available – the Gilgit Lounge, Hunza Lounge and Astore Lounge – and expect to be busy every night during the holiday.
“With so many tasty options available you are bound to find a dish to fall in love with.”
Make sure you head down to Carlisle Road this Ramadan and tuck into a selection of the city’s most ‘heavenly’ dishes at Clifton Restaurant.
