The infamous screen villain Shakti Kapoor’s daughter Shraddha Kapoor may be a few films old, but looks like the newbie has managed to rub the paparazzi the wrong way.

Recently when she was on the sets of a TV show to promote “Ek Villain”, she said she would pose for pictures after the shoot was over, but when she came out, some two hours later, she walked with her head bowed down making it impossible for a good shot.

Often Shraddha either turns her face away from photographers or keeps her head bowed to avoid getting clicked. This has angered the photographers so much that they have called upon a media ban on her.

Shakti Kapoor has said: “There must be a misunderstanding. My daughter is a sweet girl who never intentionally offends anybody. But yes, actors need to cooperate with the media.”

Back in the ’70s Amitabh Bachchan, then at the peak of his career had faced similar ban from the entire press.

Says a lensman about Shraddha: ” When some of Bollywood’s biggest stars including the Bachchan, the Khans, and the Kapoors don’t have an issue with posing for the media, it’s rather risky for a newcomer to throw to take panga with the paps, no?”
