It may not come as a big surprise to you all, but yes, the Bollywood celebs are falling over each other trying to copy Hollywood stars once again.
Yes, in an original (not) attempt to lure fans into their world of gaining more popularity, Shah Rukh Khan has followed Ellen DeGeneres lead by creating his own Oscars-inspired selfie.
Mandira Bedi took the shot which features Kunal Kohli, Tarun Mansukhani and Punit Malhotra along with Khan in the shot, which was taken during a party for luxury watch brand.
Talkshow host Ellen’s famous selfie, taken by Bradley Cooper at the Oscars on Sunday March 2nd , included stars such as Jennifer Lawrence, Channing Tatum, Jared Leto, Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Kevin Spacey, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, plus Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o and her brother Peter Nyong'o Jr.
The picture received over 1.1 million retweets within just half an hour, and has gone on to become the most retweeted image in history.
Mimicking Bedi posted the photo on Twitter, saying: "We had our own selfie moment."
Khan, who has over 6m followers on Twitter, is front and centre in the selfie, which has received 750 retweets and has been favourited over 1,200 times so far.
However, it doesn’t end there. Mr Bachchan, who has hit 10 million Facebook followers this week and has over 8 million on Twitter, has also jumped onto the bandwagon.
